The person we're looking for has:

• A demonstrable track record of creating realtime software rendered 3D effects
• In-depth knowledge and experience of 3D rendering acceleration techniques (e.g. bsp, cbuffer)
• Experience of OpenGL and it's extensions on modern graphics hardware
• A deep love of hacking and streamlining 3D code until it flies
