The bandwidth simulator is found at the bottom of the 'Debugger' tab. Check the 'Bandwidth Simulation' box to enable the drop-down options and select a download speed to test:

• 512k DSL
• 2M DSL
• 10M LAN

Now press the refresh button to restart the movie.
