When I enter my Activation key, "The Activation Key that you entered is invalid." [Activation Error E2020]

This occurs if you attempt to use an activation key on another PC from the one which the Activation Key Request was originally generated from. Please ensure that the you match the Activation Key returned from Holomatix to the PC that generated the original Activation Key Request.

Please note, that it is possible to generate an Activation Key on a PC not connected to the Internet and then take that Activation Key Request URL to another PC connected to the Internet. Complete the online request information and receive an Activation Key which can then be pasted back into the original PC not connected to the Internet. This is because the PC that made the Activation Key Request is the same PC receiving the Activation Key.
