When I execute Blaze 3D Studio I get the message "A required .dll file, MFC42U.dll, was not found"

This particular error is indicated when you execute the application by a dialog box being displayed with the text "A required .dll file, MFC42U.dll, was not found" and then the application exiting.

The above message may be seen if you attempt to use Blaze 3D Studio on Windows 95, Windows 98 or Windows ME. Holomatix Blaze 3D Studio requires Windows 2000, XP, 2003 or later.
